Our Story, in 60 Seconds
The Boomer Project is America's leading authority for information and insight about today's Boomer Consumer and the fast-growing 50+ market.
We deliver marketing research, information products, strategic consulting, speeches, and training workshops to global corporations, industry associations, civic and non-profit entities and media companies.
We started the Boomer Project in 2003, long before the current Boomer mania in the media, and we base our analysis on extensive consumer research that we conduct ourselves. We are backed by our sister firm, the Southeastern Institute of Research, Inc., (SIR), a 44-year-old marketing research house.
SIR has been studying Boomers since they were watching Captain Kangaroo and playing with Hula Hoops. We helped launch America's first store-based credit cards, ATM machines, stay-on tabs on aluminum cans, TV remotes and many other industry firsts by dissecting the huge Baby Boomer demo.
Now we are helping companies and organizations understand Boomers as this leading-edge generation reinvents what it's like to grow older in America. We will study and report on Boomers until the last one turns off the lights.
