Dear Matt,
Summer isn't over and we have
two important events we want to make sure you get
on your fall calendar now.
Over the last few years there have been a number of
"Boomer" focused conferences and events. The best one by far
we've attended was the first Focalyst Forum back in 2006. This
second one looks like it will be even better.
Take a look at the
program (PDF) and
see who is speaking. It isn't a bunch of gurus and
researchers. It is leading marketers like GE, Proctor &
Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, Grandparents.com, Pulte Homes,
Walgreen's, TV Land.
You will hear first hand what the top marketers and
organizations focusing on Boomers and older adults are doing
that's working. You can learn from their hits and
misses.
On top of that, it is a great networking event. The
sessions and breaks are designed to have everyone
participate.
We will be attending, and we invite you to come and spend
some time with us, too.
The price may seem high, but the value of the
event makes it more than worth it. Plus, as a subscriber to
this newsletter, you can enjoy a big discount. Just use the
code "TBP08" when you
sign up and
you'll pay $1,595 instead of $1,895.

The second event is later, in December.
We mentioned this event last month. The inaugural
Festival of the Wise is a music and arts festival uniquely
combined with a conference program on Health, Money, Home,
Lifestyle, Travel and Technology and exhibits from over 100
companies showing products and services for the dynamic Baby
Boomer community.
We're also speaking on Saturday at the main Festival on
"How Boomers Will Transform Growing Old in America."
We will have more information about this event later this
fall. But if you're going to be near Scottsdale in early
December, plan on attending. It's only $35 for two
days.
