Our Topics

We have developed two overall presentations that are customized to the audience and circumstances of the event. The first is the "New Rules of Marketing to Boomers Over 50" presentation, which provides clear and pointed direction for marketers trying to connect with America's largest and most important demographic segment. This session is suitable for groups large and small, national and local, and shares our insights on how to better communicate with Boomers.

The "New Rules" can be delivered as a 45 minute speech, or used as the basis for a full day training session for people in marketing, sales, customer service, research and product development, as well as executive staff. The information presented is based on the findings from our own national research among Boomers, as well as insights culled from all relevant secondary sources. The content is customized to the audience, and focuses on how to market to Boomers with practical and tactical tips and techniques.

Our second module is "Generations at Work: New Dynamics in the Workplace." Based on our Boomer work as well as work done by SIR Research on Generations X and Y, this seminar, presentation or workshop focuses on the changing dynamics in today's multi-generational workplaces.

Audiences leave the session with a better understanding of the mindsets and motivations of all three generations, and how to recruit, motivate, manage and retain each of them.
